Where can you ship products?

We only ship to US states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Alcoholic beverages with 60% or above alcohol content (120 proof), including 95% grain alcohol are not available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages with less than 24% alcoholic content are not subject to hazardous materials regulations. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OVER 24% ALCOHOL (48 PROOF) CAN BE SHIPPED BY AIR.

Buying and Shipping Alcoholic Beverages

When purchasing alcoholic beverages, the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance with all their state and local laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of spirits The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of spirits, that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or sales tax within their state and is working through properly licensed intermediaries (where required). Buyer agrees once purchased and in route to their address, the buyer takes full responsibilities of spirits being delivered and will leave MMDI harmless, the title will transfer once payment for the products is completed.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping is only $9.99 for a 750 ML per bottle (s) (for Moonshine Mine Distillery, Inc. products). A standard handling fee of $7.99 will be added to all orders.

For example, if you order 4 bottles, you will pay $9.99 shipping for the first bottle, $9.99 for the second bottle, $9.99 for the third bottle, and $9.99 for the fourth bottle. This is a total shipping cost of $39.96 for four bottles plus a handling services of $7.99.  for a grand total of ($47.95) to ship four bottles.

Why are the 200ML, 375ML and 1750 ML out of stock or only available in store?

The 200ML,375ML and 1750ML are available for purchase in store, due to shipping charges associated with these sizes, you, the consumer, would benefit by purchasing the 750ML. If you are interested in these sizes, please contact us at 814-749-3038 or moonshineminedistillery@yahoo.com for information on the shipping cost and arrangements to purchase these sizes.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. They will be shipped via ground shipping and are typically delivered within one to ten business days, depending on your shipping address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email address on file. In the event of extreme weather, your product may be held until it is safe to ship.

How does shipping work?Products are shipped via common carrier by the licensee making the shipment to you. The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. We require that an adult of 21 years of age or older sign for the product upon receipt. If no adult is available to sign for the product, the product will not be delivered, and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that a delivery was attempted. After three attempts, the package will most likely be at the nearest facility for up to 5 business days. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have the products delivered to an address where a person over 21 will be present at the time of the deliver. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes and APO addresses is not possible.

Can I expedite my order?

We only offer US GROUND shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders.

What if my product is damaged?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with MMDI. 

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at moonshineminedistillery@yahoo.com and we will be happy to address any issues regarding the damaged item(s). 

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order numbers
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

Please keep in mind we may require you to hold on to your damaged or incorrect items, in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a damage claim.

Can I return my order?

Please note that we do not offer returns based on taste preferences or changing of mind. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, let us know within 7 days from the delivery date.

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order numbers
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

We will do our best to make it right!

Can I add a product to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add a product to the order once it has already been placed.

Can I remove a product from an order?

Sure! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Simply email us at moonshineminedistillery@yahoo.com and let us know the following information:

  • Your order numbers
  • The product you would like to cancel

We’ll take care of it ASAP!

If your order HAS shipped, we cannot modify your order. Additionally, we do not accept returns in the situation.
